Overview
The Amazon products listings scraper is a prebuilt sitemap designed to extract structured product data from amazon.com category and search result pages. It starts from listing or search URLs, automatically navigates pagination, discovers product listings, and extracts detailed product information from each product page.
This scraper extracts product data, including product name, ASIN, brand, price, original price, discount, currency, availability, rating, review count, description, main image, additional images, product specifications, seller name, and product URL. The extracted data can be exported in structured formats such as CSV, Excel, or JSON, allowing it to be analysed, stored, or integrated into existing systems and workflows.
Amazon listing product scraping is commonly used for competitor monitoring, price tracking, catalogue extraction, product research, and market analysis. On some occasions, Amazon restricts search query pagination to 7 or 20 pages (a maximum of 306 product URLs). This typically occurs when the search is performed in the "All Departments" category.
