Convert UNIX timestamp parser

Convert UNIX timestamp to a readable date format. Can be created by pressing + Add time scraped button at the bottom of the parser table.

Configuration options

• Time zone - time zone in which the date and time should be returned.
• Format - format in which the date and time should be returned. PHP date characters are used for format designation.
